Shipping Information 

COVID - As we are not an essential business, we will be shipping as soon as the alert levels allows us to do so x

Each and every order means the world to us, so we’re dedicated to getting your goods sustainably packaged & on the courier as fast as we can. 

(We use recyclable FSC-certified packaging, and courier bags that you can pop in your compost - just make sure you remove the shipping label first!)

Here’s the lowdown on our shipping costs and approximate timings:

New Zealand
Flat rate $6
2-4 business days

Australia 
Flat rate $20
7-14 business days

Please note you’ll need to cover any import taxes (if required)

Free delivery 
We offer free delivery for:
New Zealand orders over $100
Australian orders over $150 

Returns Policy 2021


We hope you love your With Milk item as much as we do, but we also know that ‘baby brain’ is real, being between sizes is a challenge, and shopping online is often done in the wee hours of the morning when you’re not so bright eyed & bushy tailed.

The good news? We’ve got you covered with our returns policy below:

  • If you're not happy with your item for any reason, please get in touch with Danielle (hello@withmilk.co.nz) within 10 days of delivery. We’ll happily exchange your item(s) for a different size or style, arrange a store credit, or provide a refund as long as the item(s) meet the conditions outlined in our policy. 

  • Once you've had a reply to your email, you need to return your item(s) via tracked courier to the address provided in the email within 7 days. Please note that returned items are to be shipped back at your own cost & With Milk is not responsible for any items lost in the post.

  • Please try on your With Milk item before popping it in the wash, because if you do need to return it, it needs to be in its original packaging & in the same brand new, unworn condition that we sent it to you (along with tags still attached). 

  • We’ll let you know once we’ve received the returned goods and whether or not you’re eligible for an exchange, credit or refund. 

  • We don’t offer refunds on sale items.
